About the role
We're looking for an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be hybrid, with the option to work from Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw, or Gdansk.

Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: Running full recruitment cycles for a variety of technical roles to meet the needs of fast-changing client projects
Business partnership: Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams – understanding, qualifying, and prioritizing recruitment needs
Sourcing: Using LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and networking to reach passive candidates, including specialists with niche profiles
Process and ATS management: Managing several complex processes simultaneously, ensuring data accuracy in the ATS, and reporting recruitment funnel progress to internal stakeholders
Market expertise: Staying on top of technology trends and the local IT market and using that knowledge to optimize sourcing strategies
Process optimization: Proposing and implementing improvements to TA processes and sharing knowledge with the team
Candidate experience and employer branding: Ensuring the highest standard of candidate experience and supporting local employer branding efforts (e.g., participation in industry events and job fairs)
AI-driven solutions: integrating AI and automation tools into daily sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate candidate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize workflows
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Very good, hands-on knowledge of direct search: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative candidate sourcing channels
Good understanding of Polish IT market – familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and key roles within development teams
Strong communication skills – ease in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and advocating for your recommendations
Good work organization – ability to run multiple processes at once in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset, focused on achieving shared TA team goals
Very good command of English (min. B2), both spoken and written
Practical experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to optimize daily recruitment workflows, draft engaging outreach, or refine search strategies is a strong asset
