We are looking for Talent Advisors who might be interested in joining one of our new global accounts specialized in engineering, procurement and construction profiles.

What you will do:

You will manage the recruitment process for technical vacancies.

Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.

Source top talent across EMEA.

Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.

What we would like you to have:

Must have strong recruitment and sourcing experience

Must have experience in recruitment for engineering profiles, DTC (data centre) profiles nice to have

Must have end to end recruitment experience

Fluent in English and Polish is a must have

Fluent in German or French or Italian

Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.

Being proactive, autonomous.

Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
