Sales Coach – Direct Marketing (Life Insurance)

Role Purpose:Drive sales productivity and capability development of the Direct Marketing team through coaching, field accompaniment, training interventions, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor Direct Marketing executives to improve sales productivity.

Conduct field visits and on-the-job training sessions.

Drive product knowledge, sales skills, and process adherence.

Monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback.

Support new joiner induction and capability-building initiatives.

Track training effectiveness and improve conversion ratios.

Partner with business leaders to achieve assigned sales targets.
