Assistant Production Supervisor
About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee CR schedule, manpower arrangement, daily progress, problem identifying, material issue based on current schedule.
Wire harness mass pro schedule commitment with Sales & Planner.
Responsible to meet all production build, quality & shipment.
Training new operator, leader and technician and provide support production engineer.
Support manager and supervisor on Production management.
Monitor production assistance and leader job routine.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.
Experience in wire harness manufacturing is an added advantage.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory and/or relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
Must be able to work independently with good interpersonal skills, mature and a key team player.
Must be willing to work in Pontian.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
