About the role

Job Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day Human Resources and administrative activities to ensure smooth HR operations.

Handle employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and ensure information is properly maintained and updated.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, medical leave, and employee movement records.

Assist with monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview arrangements, onboarding, and preparation of employment documents.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new joiners.

Assist in managing foreign workers' documentation, work permits, renewals, and related administrative matters where applicable.

Handle employee enquiries and provide support on HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and company procedures.

Assist in managing employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and relevant labour regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, forms, and other HR-related documentation.

Assist in ensuring compliance with Malaysia labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.

Liaise with relevant government agencies and statutory bodies when required.

Assist in preparing HR reports, headcount reports, attendance reports, and other management reports.

Support employee engagement activities, training, performance management, and other HR initiatives.

Work closely with Production and other departments on manpower planning and employee-related matters.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Candidates with strong HR Assistant experience may also be considered.

Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and employee records.

Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

Experience handling foreign worker matters will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience with HRIS/payroll systems will be an added advantage.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
