The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a Defence program office in delivering procurement and contract establishment activities. Working closely with the Product Director, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of procurement documentation, governance inputs and tender evaluation activities to support successful Approach to Market outcomes.
This is a highly visible role that calls for strong stakeholder engagement, solid project governance and genuine Defence procurement experience - driving deliverables from planning right through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day project activities and Approach to Market deliverables
Develop and review procurement documentation, including Statements of Work and scope documents
Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting
Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and risk management activities
Coordinate engagement across Defence stakeholders, industry partners and program teams
Required
Current NV1 security clearance
Demonstrated experience delivering Defence projects through an Approach to Market, procurement or acquisition lifecycle
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, governance, reporting and risk management
Experience developing Defence documentation such as Statements of Work and procurement artefacts
Proven stakeholder engagement skills across complex Defence or Government environments
