We’re looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager or experienced Project Coordinator who can handle fast-moving mechanical construction projects without dropping the ball.

What You’ll Do Manage multiple mechanical projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing, refrigeration) Keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned Spot risks early and keep projects moving Support estimating, cost tracking, and change orders Coordinate teams, subs, and materials seamlessly Champion safety and quality on every job What You Bring 3–7+ years in mechanical project coordination or PM work Strong multitasking - you can juggle projects without losing control Solid knowledge of mechanical systems Experience with budgets, schedules, and project tracking Refrigeration experience (rack, CO₂, ammonia) = strong asset Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure Why This Role Real growth into (or within) Project Management leadership High-impact work across complex, multi-project environments A team that values execution, accountability, and results
