Job Purpose:
Deliver small projects (e.g., fit-outs) on their own or be part of medium construction projects throughout the complete construction lifecycle.
Your tasks:
Deliver up to medium projects on their own or be part of large & complex construction projects throughout the complete construction lifecycle and ensured delivery on time, budget to quality. This involves managing all necessary external parties.
Provide expert Construction knowledge
Liaise with business colleagues including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance teams to ensure solution aligns with business requirements.
Lead Construction activities
Provide expert Construction knowledge
Leverage global SOPs to ensure standardized project delivery with local or regional adaptions
Monitor quality criteria, project status, cost, issue resolution and risk mitigation of project
Stakeholders
May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

Experience Level
More than 2 years experiences in building & development design
