Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced PHRN Trainer to join our growing US Healthcare BPO team. This role is responsible for delivering engaging training programs, coaching employees, and ensuring new hires and existing associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Qualifications
Active PHRN License
At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a Healthcare BPO
Experience handling Healthcare accounts (Clinical account preferred but not required)
Prior Authorization experience is required
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience developing training materials is an advantage
Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Willing to work on a Night Shift
Can start ASAP
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
