Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Outpatient (OP) Coding Trainer to join our growing US Healthcare Medical Coding team. If you have extensive experience in Outpatient Coding and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing coding professionals, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

College Graduate – BS Nursing or any Medical Allied course

Active CPC or COC Coding Certification

At least 5 years of Outpatient (OP) Coding experience

Strong coding experience in:

Same Day Surgery (SDS)

Emergency Department (ED)

Observation (OBS)

At least 2 years of Coding Trainer experience

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and official coding guidelines

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills

Experience developing training materials and conducting knowledge assessments

Willing to work on a Hybrid setup in Quezon City or Taguig City

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Can start ASAP

Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
