About the Role
We’re scaling fast across Europe, the US, and beyond — and we need voices that will make our story heard. That’s why we’re looking for an SMM & Comms Specialist to make our brand stand out, keep growing our presence, and spark conversations with the community. It’s more than just maintaining social channels — it’s about creativity, experimentation, and making content that people want to engage with.
If you live on Instagram and other creative platforms, get inspired by trends before they hit mainstream, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping posts — this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Own Solidgate’s Instagram @solidgate_tech and Facebook page: from strategy to execution
- Create content together with our PR manager and designer — posts, Reels, stories, scripts, and more
- Track performance, analyze audience reactions, and constantly optimize what we do
- Spot trends early and adapt them to our brand, producing viral-worthy content
- Work closely with the comms team to find insights, ideas, and stories worth sharing.
What you’ll need
- 1+ year of experience in SMM or content creation
- Strong writing skills — simple, engaging, and structured
- English at least Intermediate+
- Understanding of SMM tools, content formats, and metrics
- Curiosity for trends and love for testing new ideas.
Nice to have
- Experience in shooting and editing Reels (or the ambition to learn fast)
- Hands-on with Meta Ads
- Basic marketing knowledge and awareness of key social metrics
- Previous SMM experience in a tech company.
