We are sourcing an Office Administrator on a part time (20 hours), permanent basis. Based at our facility in Perth, the Office Administrator will support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a varied role that combines reception, administration, travel coordination, and office support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Duties & Main Responsibilities
Be the first port of call for managing the main switchboard phone; take and deliver messages in a professional manner
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Maintain the main common areas including the meeting rooms and kitchen to an exceptionally high standard
Assist with organising company travel for all employees
Risk assessing the destination country
Coordinate travel visas
Responsible for facilities administration, arranging post and couriers
Organise the company’s regular teambuilding and social events
Provide and ensure smooth operation of administrative duties for Australia along with the local management Team
Provide assistance and support to other business functions and sharing workloads as required
Process orders and stock management of office supplies to ensure levels are in accordance with office needs
Scheduling meetings and appointments
General ad-hoc administration tasks, not limited to the above
This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
Required
2+ years’ experience in a reception and/or an administrative role
Be a well-presented individual who is customer focused and organised
Be able to deliver a high level of professionalism
Outstanding organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good knowledge of using Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be reliable, able to work on own initiative and be a team player
