What you’ll be doing.
Re-engaging old, inactive and lapsed customers
Building and maintaining relationships with active customers
Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend through better product education
Supporting our BDM with lead research, customer lists and opportunity development
Reaching out to prospective customers by phone and email
Following up quotes, samples, enquiries and previous orders
Helping customers choose the right transfer product for their job
Booking phone calls, virtual meetings and occasional local customer visits
Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity in NetSuite and HubSpot
Preparing quotes and supporting order processing when required
Working closely with Customer Service, Pre-press, Production, Dispatch and Management
What we’re looking for.
Someone who enjoys chasing opportunity, building relationships and following through properly.
Confident and charismatic on the phone
Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations
Commercially minded without being pushy
Organised and disciplined with follow-up
Resilient when customers are busy or not ready to buy
A strong communicator by phone and email
Curious enough to ask good questions and understand customer needs
Comfortable working with customer lists, CRM systems and sales activity tracking
Able to build trust with customers over time
Motivated by growth, targets and creating momentum
A team player who works closely with sales, customer service and production
