Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors.

Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital solutions.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report status to senior stakeholders.

Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects in the banking or financial services industry.

Hands-on experience managing:

Mobile and digital customer journeys within banking applications.

Public-facing websites, including content, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
