ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Custody Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice

As a Principal Consultant within the Securities Services team, you will lead custody transformation projects across custody operation and securities services for top-tier financial institution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead large-scale custody operations and securities services transformation programmes across settlements, asset servicing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.

Provide subject matter expertise on custody operating models, operational controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Advise clients on target operating models, transformation strategies, process optimization, and platform modernization across the custody value chain.

Drive end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

Support business growth through client engagement, solution development, and thought leadership in custody and securities services transformation.

Mentor and develop consulting teams, helping to build a scalable custody transformation practice.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of experience in banking, securities services, or consulting, with strong expertise in custody operations, asset servicing, settlements, and post-trade processing.

Strong understanding of custody products, operating models, regulatory requirements, and market infrastructure.

Proven track record leading custody and securities services transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, automation, and platform modernization.

Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior business and technology leaders.

Demonstrated programme leadership experience, managing complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, opportunity identification, and proposal leadership.

Experience contributing to practice development through methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership.
