Proposal Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Proposal Manager to lead the development, coordination, and submission of winning proposals in support of federal, state, local, and commercial business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional writing and editing capabilities, and a proven track record managing complex proposal efforts from pre-RFP planning through final submission. This role will work closely with business development, capture management, subject matter experts, recruiters, executives, and technical teams to produce compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals that align with customer requirements and organizational objectives.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
