Join our growing US Healthcare team as a DRG Validation Auditor and help ensure accurate inpatient coding, DRG validation, and reimbursement compliance.

Qualifications

Active PHRN License

College Graduate of BS Nursing or any Medical Allied course

Active CIC, CCS, or CPC Coding Certification

At least 2 years and 6 months of DRG Validation (DRGV) or Inpatient (IP) Auditor experience

OR

At least 3–5 years of Inpatient (IP) Coding experience

If applying with a CPC certification, candidates must have at least 2 years of DRG experience

If your certification will expire within the next 6 months, you must be willing to shoulder the renewal cost

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG, and inpatient coding guidelines

Knowledge of 3M Coding, Optum Encoder, Computer Assisted Coding (CAC), Abstracting Software, or Meditech is an advantage

Willing to work 100% onsite

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

Review inpatient medical records to validate DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) assignments.

Provide detailed audit findings with clear rationale and supporting clinical documentation.

Apply ICD-10 Official Coding Guidelines, AHIMA Standards of Ethical Coding, AHIMA Practice Briefs, and AHA Coding Clinic references in the audit process.

Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement integrity.

Collaborate with coding, CDI, and clinical teams to resolve documentation and coding discrepancies.

Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting turnaround times.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
