Location: Quezon City | Taguig City Work Setup: 100% Onsite Shift: Night Shift Salary Package: ₱65,000–₱80,000 Start Date: October 7, 2026
Join our growing US Healthcare team as a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for USRNs with strong acute bedside experience who are looking to transition into the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) field.
Qualifications
Active PHRN and USRN Licenses
College Graduate – BS Nursing
At least 3 years of Acute Hospital bedside experience
Experience in Medical-Surgical, Emergency Department (ED), ICU, or Telemetry
Strong background in direct patient care
Experience caring for patients with ventilators, chest tubes, and multiple inotrope drips
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to interpret clinical scenarios and identify documentation gaps
Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City or Taguig City
Willing to work on a Night Shift
Job Responsibilities
Review inpatient medical records to improve the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.
Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate clinical documentation.
Interpret clinical scenarios and apply evidence-based clinical knowledge.
Support accurate severity of illness and risk adjustment through proper documentation.
Work closely with physicians, coders, and clinical teams to improve documentation quality.
Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in CDI training and continuous learning initiatives.

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
