Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Work Setup: 100% Onsite Shift: Night Shift Salary Package: Up to ₱95,000 Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for experienced USRN Team Leads to join our Healthcare Operations team.

Qualifications

Active USRN and PHRN Licenses

At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO

Recent 3 years of Acute Hospital experience (ER/OR preferred)

UMR, InterQual, and MCG experience is an advantage

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
