Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Work Setup: 100% Onsite Shift: Night Shift Salary Package: Up to ₱120,000 Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead Quality Operations for a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) account.

Qualifications

College Graduate

At least 3–5 years of Quality Manager experience in a Healthcare BPO

Strong Healthcare RCM or Hospital Billing experience

Hands-on experience using the EPIC Platform

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience creating dashboards and quality reports

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
