Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced USRN Team Lead to lead a high-performing US Healthcare Operations team. This role is ideal for healthcare leaders with strong clinical expertise, people management experience, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

Active USRN License

Active PHRN License

At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO

Recent 3 years of Acute Hospital experience (ER, ICU, OR, Telemetry, or Medical-Surgical)

Experience using InterQual and MCG guidelines is preferred

UMR experience is an advantage

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
