Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced USRN Trainer to join our growing US Healthcare team. This role is responsible for facilitating new hire training, refresher sessions, and continuous learning programs while ensuring employees meet client quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
Active USRN License
At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO environment
At least 1 year of experience handling a US Healthcare account
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating and delivering training materials is an advantage
Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Willing to work on a Night Shift
Can start ASAP
Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
