Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced PHRN Team Lead to lead a high-performing Healthcare Prior Authorization team. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for coaching and developing teams.
Qualifications
Active PHRN License
At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO
Experience handling Prior Authorization accounts is preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and client performance metrics
Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Willing to work on a Night Shift
Can start ASAP
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
