Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Quality Assistant Manager to support Quality Operations for a US Healthcare BPO account. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in quality auditing, people management, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

College Graduate

At least 3–5 years of Quality Assistant Manager experience in a Healthcare BPO handling US Healthcare accounts

Strong experience in quality auditing, coaching, and people management

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience creating dashboards from scratch

Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Can start ASAP

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
