Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) account. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Healthcare Operations, Hospital Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and people leadership with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

College Graduate

At least 3–5 years of Operations Manager experience in a Healthcare BPO handling US Healthcare accounts

Strong background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Hospital Billing

Hands-on experience using the EPIC Platform is preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong experience managing operations, KPIs, SLAs, and client relationships

Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Can start ASAP

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
