Join our growing US Healthcare BPO team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. We're looking for professionals with Healthcare BPO experience who are passionate about providing excellent customer service while supporting members with billing and healthcare-related concerns.

Qualifications

At least 2 years completed in college

At least 1 year of Healthcare BPO experience

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Can start ASAP

Compensation

Salary package of up to ₱28,000, depending on your previous salary

Recent payslip is required for salary approval

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
