Your Job: As a Product Fit and Wear Test Analyst, you will support the Product Fit and Wear Test Program Manager in executing daily fit and wear testing activities for our Footwear. You will work closely with Asia Footwear Development, Sourcing, Commercialization and Quality teams to ensure that Brooks’ products meet the consistent expectation of Fit, Feel, and Ride. This role is critical in collecting, organizing, and summarizing tester feedback, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining operational excellence across the testing process. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about sports, product testing, and footwear performance, who is looking to build foundational skills in product development and testing operations.
