Position Overview:

Compugen is seeking an experienced, Inside Sales Representative committed to providing exceptional customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of complex customers in the support and coordination of all activities in the quote to delivery cycle. The goal is to ensure that our customers’ expectations are proactively managed and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides quotes to customers using extensive product knowledge and expertise

Liaise with Sales Executives and all internal departments to ensure a seamless procurement experience for assigned customers

Ability to lead large deployments, that contain services and with complex customer requirements.

Manage orders throughout the entire cycle, from order entry to invoicing

Works with the Sales Support team to ensure that customer orders are placed and acknowledged in a manner that exceeds expectations

Be a customer advocate; putting customer needs first and working to deliver solution-based assistance through our products and services

Resolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulness

Manage escalations, provide sustainable resolution & risk avoidance for customers

Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Lead and/or attend customer meetings

Prepare and/lead product transitions and product rollouts for assigned accounts

Manage customer’s e-commerce platform

Manage evaluation of products and solution offerings

Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multifunctional areas with other internal stakeholders

University degree or College Diploma in a relevant program of study

2-4 years previous experience in an Inside Sales position

Previous experience communicating and assisting in the development, maintenance, and service of large accounts is an asset

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines and responsibilities

Experience in the technology industry is an asset

Understanding of supply chain

Outstanding written communication & interpersonal skills

Experience with SLA and KPI deliverables

Strong business acumen

Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Extremely well structured, organized and detail-oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

Bilingual (French) is an asset
