The Role:

We are seeking a technically oriented and highly organized Vulnerability Process Coordinator to join the Cyber Security organization, reporting directly to the Vulnerability Lead. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who combines technical understanding with strong coordination skills. You will help drive vulnerabilities from initial identification through triage, remediation, validation, and closure.

Responsibilities:

Review and triage vulnerability findings.

Create and maintain remediation tickets with clear technical guidance.

Route findings to the appropriate technical owners.

Track remediation progress, SLAs, blockers, exceptions, and overdue items.

Coordinate validation through rescans and technical evidence.

Improve vulnerability data quality, workflows, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, security operations, IT, infrastructure, DevOps, or a related technical field.

Understanding of CVEs, CVSS, exploitability, patches, mitigations, and the vulnerability management lifecycle.

Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, networking, operating systems, applications, and software dependencies.

Experience with vulnerability management platforms and ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive remediation across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within a CISO organization or Security PMO.

Background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise environments.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, etc.).

Experience leading enterprise-wide security or risk reduction initiatives. BSc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
