Organizations today are reinventing how they work, learn, and grow. As a Consultant within Accenture’s Management Consulting Talent practice, you will help clients transform their people strategies and workforce capabilities through innovative solutions across HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management, and AI in HR.
You will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to design and implement talent and organizational transformation initiatives that enable long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation projects, as well as talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
Contribute to the design and implementation of Change Management and Learning & Development initiatives.
Analyze client challenges and help develop talent and workforce solutions.
Support the adoption of AI in HR and digital workforce transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client and project teams.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Change Management, or Talent projects.
Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
