Workplace Service Delivery Analyst

Job Description

The Workplace Service Delivery Analyst supports the Portugal Workplace team by managing operational data, delivering actionable reporting, and ensuring governance across workplace processes, files, and tools. This role combines data analysis, reporting, process standardization, and operational support, helping drive data accuracy, efficiency, and informed decision-making while working closely with local workplace stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize operational datasets, trackers, and reporting templates.

Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reports.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality control activities.

Support recurring reporting cycles and ad-hoc analytical requests.

Apply governance standards, including version control, documentation, and ownership.

Standardize reporting structures, templates, and file management practices.

Ensure data traceability and maintain process documentation.

Support workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate or similar tools.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.

Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with Workplace teams including Facilities, Safety, Customer Experience, and Office Services.

Support operational requests and business priorities.

Validate workplace data against operational realities, including spaces, occupancy, inventory, and services.

Ensure reporting outputs accurately reflect operational performance.

Job Qualifications:

Advanced Excel (data structuring, pivot tables, and formulas).

Power BI (dashboard creation and data modelling fundamentals).

Data validation and reconciliation.

Knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools is preferred.

Data governance and file management.

Process improvement mindset.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate operational needs into data insights.

Structured communication.

Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Experience in Operations Analysis, PMO, Workplace/Facilities Support, or Data Analytics roles with exposure to operational environments.
