Digital Business Manager (m/f/n)

Summary

We are looking for a Digital Business Manager to drive ESET’s digital business in Italy. In this role, you will own the performance of our online sales channel, with responsibility for digital revenue, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.

Job description

You will work closely with our office in Milan while being supported by ESET's global network of digital specialists and experts based at our headquarters in Bratislava. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals across digital advertising, CRM, marketing automation, UX, analytics, e-commerce, and customer lifecycle management while gradually expanding your responsibilities and business ownership.

Role Overview

As Digital Business Manager, you will play be responsible for growing ESET's online business in Italy. This includes revenue generated through e-Store platform, strategic budget and campaign planning, business management, campaign execution, and requires a strong cross-functional cooperation with colleagues from local sales, marketing, customer care & global digital marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the growth and performance of ESET's online business in Italy, helping achieve digital revenue and business goals.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Collaborate with local Sales and Marketing teams and Global Digital Business specialists on planning, execution and localization of digital campaigns across PPC, display, social media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and email.

Monitor key business and marketing metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions to improve results.

Manage digital budgets and ensure investments generate strong business outcomes.

Support website, e-Store, customer lifecycle communication, and online experience improvements tailored to local market needs.

Oversee and continuously improve the customer journey, from first engagement through purchase and renewal.

Bring new ideas, share market insights, and help shape the future growth of ESET's digital business in Italy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, online sales, growth marketing, CRM, or a similar field.

Experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Strong interest in digital marketing and experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or subscription-based businesses is preferred.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions and recommendations.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment.

Good project management and communication skills.

Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Compensation package:

Annual gross salary (RAL) from 54,000 EUR + variable performance bonus
