About the role

Serves as Project Coordinator for implementation plans within the nursing departments. Responsible for the review, validation, analysis and reporting of Patient Care Services (PCS) division clinical and operational data to include financial and productivity reports, budget compliance and variances, and nursing/clinical data. Designs and delivers Performance Improvement (PI) reports and presentations; analysis and validation of accuracy of clinical informatics and technology systems data; and development and maintenance of clinical dashboards. Further, identifies opportunities for and promotes standardization of processes and best practices within the PCS
