Job Summary

The Senior Embedded Firmware Design Lead is pivotal in overseeing multiple design teams within the architecture domain. 3. Present And Articulate Design Concepts, Playing A Vital Role In Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy While Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

4. Research And Analyze Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Embedded Systems To Drive Innovation And Enhance Design Excellence Across Projects.

5. Define And Advocate For Best Practices In Firmware Design And Development Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Embedded Firmware Design And Development Tools.

2. Strong Understanding Of Design Methodologies And Best Practices In The Embedded Systems Domain.

3. Familiarity With Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Project Management Principles.

4. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Technical Teams And Stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineering Professional (Cesep), Or Similar Relevant Certifications In Embedded Systems Design.
