Job Purpose:
Design and implement QA strategies
Ensure high quality application deployment
Manage bank project testing departments
Job Responsibilities:
Develop testing strategy with leaders
Define project testing scope
Understand quality of service
Build high performance QA team
Create traceability templates
Present quality metrics, propose bug reduction
Manage QA budget
Lead QA engineers to meet objectives
Oversee end-to-end testing cycles
Establish quality standards with business
Manage test scripts, results metadata
Maintain bank compliance, procedures
Define bug criticality metrics
Automate test cases in DevOps/CICD
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT

Testing strategy development
BFSI domain knowledge
Non-functional requirements understanding
Manual and automation testing
Team management capabilities
Comprehensive testing strategies
Banking applications understanding
Communication, modern tech stacks
Banking data usage, relationships

15+ years overall experience
10+ years testing experience
3+ years as QA Head, preferably banking

Test Automation – Python/Selenium or EggPlant/Katalon or any other industry standard automation tools,Test Management tools like Zephyr, Rational Quality Manager etc..
