What your day will look like

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (f/m/d) with deep expertise in React Native and proven experience delivering high-quality mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can also mentor others, lead mobile projects end-to-end, and ensure scalable, performant, and user-friendly solutions. Prior experience with Xamarin or .NET MAUI will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with a focus on clean, maintainable architecture.

Integrate third-party APIs and libraries to extend application functionality.

Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure functionality and stability.

Oversee compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines and manage release processes.

What you need to fulfill the role

7- 9 years of experience in mobile application development, including 4+ years in React Native.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Proven track record of deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Prior experience with Xamarin / .NET MAUI and any native mobile development (Java/Kotlin or Swift/Objective-C).

App Distribution & Analytics: TestFlight, Google Play Console, AppCenter.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and server-side technologies.

Experience with Azure, ADO, and CI/CD pipelines

Solid grasp of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, and best coding practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to Have

Cloud Backends: Knowhow of Firebase, AWS Amplify or Azure Mobile Apps.

UI/UX Design Systems: Figma, Material Design, Apple HI

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Capable of mentoring team members and guiding code quality standards.

Ownership mindset: able to take features from design to deployment independently.
