Experience
Minimum 10+ years leading enterprise AI strategy, architecture, solutioning, and delivery within consulting or client environments, with demonstrated success driving large-scale AI transformation programs across industries.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/BTech/MTech/MS/MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
Job Summary
As an AI Strategy Senior Manager, you will define and lead enterprise AI transformation strategies, architect large-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, and oversee delivery of complex AI programs across industries. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shape AI roadmaps, establish governance and operating models, and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering production-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, RAG, Azure AI Foundry, and enterprise integrations such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, and Azure services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & AI Transformation
Define enterprise AI vision, strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
Lead end-to-end AI programs from strategy, business case, PoC, pilot, and production deployment.
Establish reusable AI platforms, accelerators, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
Drive AI innovation and investment aligned with client business objectives.
Client & Executive Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on AI strategy and enterprise transformation.
Lead executive workshops, solutioning sessions, value realization discussions, and steering committees.
Support business development, proposals, AI assessments, and large transformation pursuits.
Enterprise AI Architecture & Delivery
Provide architecture leadership for Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and enterprise AI platforms.
Oversee enterprise integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, and business applications.
Ensure delivery excellence, scalability, security, Responsible AI, observability, and production readiness.
People Leadership & Capability Building
Build, mentor, and grow high-performing AI consulting and engineering teams.
Develop AI capabilities, reusable assets, reference architectures, and organizational best practices.
Sponsor innovation initiatives and AI Centers of Excellence.
Thought Leadership
Represent the organization in executive forums, industry events, whitepapers, and client innovation programs.
Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and define enterprise AI standards.
