Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer - Azure

We are looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer - Azure to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and automation, and thrives in Agile/Scrum environments while driving DevOps best practices across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure

Build, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment

Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service

Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus

Ensure cloud security by implementing RBAC, Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy, and security best practices

Troubleshoot production issues related to Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment automation and platform reliability

Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the engineering team

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps Services and Azure DevOps Pipelines

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

Experience with AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes

Skills in scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash

Expertise in CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps and source code management using Git/GitHub

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus

Understanding of Azure networking and cloud security

Background in working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
