Senior Business Analyst - Mortgages/Lending

Functional Skills

Deep understanding of lending business processes and loan lifecycle.

Expertise in requirement elicitation and documentation.

Strong knowledge of loan origination and loan servicing systems.

Experience working with credit decisioning and underwriting processes.

Strong process modeling and business process reengineering capabilities.

Technical Skills

Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

User Story creation and backlog management.

Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.

SQL and data analysis skills.

Experience with tools such as:
