Cloud Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to support business-critical applications and ensure optimal performance of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions

· Manage cloud environments across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms

· Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or similar

· Build and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments

· Implement identity and access management (IAM) and security best practices

· Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues

· Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization

· Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance

· Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering

· Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure is a must, AWS and GCP is a bonus)

· Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform)

· Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

· Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture

· Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)

· Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Cloud certifications ( Azure)

· Experience with monitoring and logging tools

· Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks

· Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments

Pay: $64,575.49-$110,377.52 per year
