We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support SharePoint Online solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SharePoint administration, SPFx development, Power Platform integration, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, portals, and applications.

Design and implement custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx.

Create and maintain workflows using Power Automate.

Manage SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Metadata, and Content Types.

Configure security, permissions, and governance policies.

Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Graph API.

Support document management, records management, and collaboration solutions.

Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide L2/L3 support.

Migrate content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.

2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.

3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements

4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers

5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
