Mid Fullstack Engineer (React, NodeJS)

So if you're a Mid Fullstack Engineer (frontend leaning) looking to shake things up and have a good time while you're at it, you’ve come to the right place. 🚀 About the role: Join one of Hippo's two technical charters, our product-and-tech teams, each owning a specific business area. You'll work in a small, agile team with real influence over technical decisions.

CORE charter (Customer Onboarding, Retention and Engagement) – the team behind our mobile apps (iOS and Android) and Customer Portal, plus the backends that power them. You'll work alongside Mobile engineers who also know their way around backend and frontend, supported by dedicated QA and a Designer. Lots of UI-heavy, user-facing work.

Acquisition charter – this team introduces new customers to Hippo and guides them through their journey, from first impression to the right product choice. We gather key customer data early on and surface products in a personalized way to boost engagement, conversion, and awareness of Hippo's offerings. We work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams, feeding analytics and responding fast to their needs.
