A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior IT Service Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Proposal Tools services across the organization. Working with business owners, project managers, and external partners, you will ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of applications such as PowerValue and M4E (Machines for Energy). Your day will involve balancing strategic service ownership with hands-on stakeholder collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will help shape the future of these critical platforms while supporting business growth through innovative and reliable IT solutions. At the same time, you will contribute to demand management, service evolution, and budget planning, creating meaningful impact across a global enterprise environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Proposal Tools services, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Manage the full IT service lifecycle, including service scope definition, budgeting, financial controlling, supplier management, and service performance monitoring.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture, assess, and prioritize new demands and business requirements while ensuring alignment with financial and architectural standards.

Act as a Solution Specialist by translating business needs into technical requirements and partnering with external providers to identify and implement optimal solutions.

Ensure robust system documentation, architecture governance, risk management, service compliance, and adherence to relevant ITIL processes and IT controls.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT Service Ownership, Product Management, or IT Service Management.

Strong knowledge of proposal management, pricing, CPQ, CRM, and commercial business applications.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.

Understanding of sales processes, proposal development, business cases, and enterprise project/service management.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills; knowledge of Salesforce, Mendix, ITIL, IT compliance, and ITGC is an advantage.
