Job Description

Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.

Plans, coordinates, and monitors project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.

Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.

Monitors project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinates communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.

Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders

Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
