Project Engineer-Automation

Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage automation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

· Oversee assembly processes and ensure adherence to the assembly schedule.

· Work on reducing assembly time by 20% through process improvements and efficiency measures.

· Maintain and update all assembly-related documentation including trial reports, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and dispatch lists.

· Take ownership in the creation and validation of support manuals, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and technical documentation.

· Ensure all assembly activities follow the company’s safety protocols and industry compliance standards.

· Take full accountability for identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner, proactively giving inputs and verifying implemented fixes.

· Provide support in the installation and commissioning of systems at customer sites, ensuring functionality and satisfaction.

· Continuously enhance knowledge in products, scanners, cameras, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and design processes.

· Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring key milestones are achieved and issues are promptly addressed.

· Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accountability. · Note: Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs. Flexibility and a proactive approach are expected as and when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
