Company Profile
Most traditional banks put their operations teams in the basement. At AutoWealth, we put you at the steering wheel.
We are one of Singapore's earliest retail Robo-Advisors licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Backed by two listed financial institutions and SGInnovate, we have completely digitized and automated the entire investment advisory value chain - from consultation to portfolio construction to active management.
We have built an institutional-grade platform that has amassed hundreds of millions in AUM and serves everyone from retail investors to Fortune 500 MNCs.
We keep our workforce lean and our impact massive. We don't hire paper-pushers; we hire problem-solvers. If you are a fresh graduate ready to bypass the corporate bureaucracy and learn the full spectrum of wealth management from the inside out, this is your launchpad.
Job Description
The Role: Operations Executive (FinTech Engine Room)
As an Operations Executive, you are the critical bridge between our proprietary algorithms and our clients' financial futures. You will operate in a dynamic, dual-capacity role, mastering both client-facing protocols and complex back-end financial mechanics.
Front-End Operations: The Gatekeeper of Trust
You will be the first line of defense and the face of our operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:
Executing comprehensive customer acceptance checking and seamless onboarding.
Reviewing documented evidence for strict accuracy against self-assessed KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) checklists for customer approvals.
Coordinating the acquisition of supporting information for account opening and precise financial situation documentation.
Verifying complex documents and customer identities.
Conducting vital periodic reviews of onboarded customer accounts to identify and mitigate money laundering, CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism), and Proliferation Financing warning signs.
Answering clients’ queries directly and professionally assisting with their requests, acting as a trusted touchpoint.
Back-End Operations: The Financial Engine
You will manage the vital flows of capital and ensure the mathematical integrity of our platform. Your responsibilities include:
Managing and processing fund injections accurately.
Facilitating seamless trade executions in the market.
Performing critical trade reconciliation, which includes resolving breaks to actively manage and mitigate associated financial risks.
Conducting the checking, valuing, and reconciliation of client portfolios.
Identifying portfolio exceptions and breaks to conduct swift, accurate resolution activities.
Identifying relevant general ledger and sub-ledger accounts used in product accounting for key transactions.
Proactively identifying and solving issues relating to the performance and overall efficiency of the business operation.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
The Pragmatic Edge: Specialization in finance is highly advantageous (but a rigorous, analytical mindset is mandatory).
The Human Element: Experience in client-facing roles is a strong plus. You must be able to translate complex processes into clear, professional communication.
What’s In It For You?
This isn't just a job; it's an accelerated FinTech masterclass.
Complete Exposure: Gain rare, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of the wealth management value chain.
Professional Polish: Learn how to engage confidently and professionally with retail investors, high-net-worth clients, and institutional vendors.
Tech Fluency: Gain a deep, practical understanding of the financial technologies driving the future of the industry.
Competitive Compensation: S$3,800 - S$4,000/month.
