We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Team Manager, FX and Investment Services.

In this role you will:

Lead and coach a team of Treasury Specialists responsible for growing FX and investment revenue across a portfolio of Singapore-based corporates with regional operations.

Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase FX wallet share, product penetration and client acquisition through proactive engagement with existing-to-bank (ETB), new-to-bank (NTB) and prospect clients.

Partner closely with Relationship Managers to originate FX opportunities, provide market insights and deliver tailored FX risk management, hedging and investment solutions.

Drive adoption of HSBC's digital treasury ecosystem, including HSBC Evolve, HSBCnet and automated FX payment solutions, improving client execution efficiency and straight-through processing.

Advise corporates on cross-border payments, restricted currencies, trapped cash, trade finance-related FX exposures and treasury best practices to support international expansion.

Collaborate with Product, Global Markets, Transaction Banking, Legal, Compliance and Operations to develop industry-specific client strategies, strengthen product propositions and ensure regulatory compliance with MAS requirements.

Identify opportunities to commercialize new FX capabilities and lead strategic initiatives that improve client experience, digital adoption and revenue generation.

Work with regional stakeholders to support cross-border business opportunities and maximize FX revenue across overseas markets.

To be successful you will need:

Strong client adviser and originator, able to identify needs and deliver solution-led sales to grow existing relationships and win new business.

Influential stakeholder manager who builds trusted partnerships with Relationship Managers, Sector Heads and regional Global Markets teams to drive coordinated outcomes.

Commercially astute and KPI-driven, using portfolio analysis to identify growth opportunities and execute with pace and discipline.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, team development, and leading initiatives that lift capability and results.

Strong communicator with analytical rigor, translating market insights into actionable client solutions and clear reporting performance to senior management.
