Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Assist in aligning Business, Technology, and UX to deliver high-quality digital products.

· Coordinate and partake in the execution of strategic roadmaps and growth initiatives aimed at optimizing product performance.

· Ensure that product strategies are translated accurately into requirements for development and implementation.

· Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor project status, resolve implementation issues, and proactively mitigate risks and dependencies.

· Ensure smooth delivery of products and projects, as well as seamless Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations internally and externally.

· Participate in projects, new product initiatives, and ad hoc tasks as required.

· Support group-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or knowledgeable in Investment and Banking, Financial Services or Digital Products/Platforms.

· Working experience of 3 - 5 years of relevant exposure and knowledge.

· Experience and understanding of Capital Market Products including but not limited to Securities, Derivatives, Funds, etc.

· Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and work effectively within timelines.

· Individual who is highly adaptable, a self-initiator and a doer mentality.

· Have the drive and commitment to follow through in succeeding in a competitive market environment.

· Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is good-to-have to communicate with counterparts.

Pay: $7,800.00 - $8,500.00 per month
