DemoSquad is a Singapore-based renovation and construction company specialising in residential and commercial projects.
Our services include renovation, hacking and demolition, reinstatement works, addition and alteration works, tiling, carpentry, partition works and other construction-related services.

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of our renovation and construction projects.
You will work closely with clients, contractors, workers, suppliers and the internal team to ensure that projects are carried out according to the agreed requirements, schedule and quality standards.
For junior candidates, training and guidance will be provided. We are looking for someone who is organised, responsible and willing to learn rather than someone who already knows everything from day one.
Diploma graduates, fresh graduates and Higher Nitec graduates are welcome to apply.
Suitable Higher Nitec employees may also be considered for company sponsorship towards a relevant Diploma, subject to work performance, commitment and the company's sponsorship terms.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Site Management
Assist in managing renovation and construction projects from commencement to completion.
Conduct site visits and monitor the progress of ongoing works.
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project.
Plan and follow up on project schedules to ensure works are progressing on time.
Ensure that works carried out are in accordance with the agreed scope and client requirements.
Monitor workmanship and highlight defects or outstanding works for rectification.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and other site requirements.
Identify potential project delays or issues and escalate them promptly.
Assist with project handover and ensure outstanding items are properly completed.
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and progress.
Attend site meetings and discussions where required.
Provide clients with timely updates on their projects.
Record client feedback, requests and agreed changes.
Coordinate internally to ensure that approved client requirements are properly implemented.
Maintain good relationships with clients throughout the project.
Manage client expectations professionally and escalate major concerns where necessary.
Manpower & Suppliers
Coordinate with manpower, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on project requirements.
Follow up on work schedules, materials and outstanding items.
Ensure the relevant parties understand the required scope of work.
Assist in obtaining quotations and coordinating purchases where required.
Maintain proper records of project-related documents and communications.
Project Administration
Maintain project schedules, site records, photos and documentation.
Prepare meeting notes, progress updates and basic project reports.
Keep track of variations, outstanding works and client requests.
Assist with necessary project submissions and administrative documentation.
Perform other reasonable project, site or operational duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Construction, Built Environment, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline is preferred.
Higher Nitec graduates are welcome to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Candidates without prior renovation or construction experience may be considered and trained.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate confidently with clients, contractors and workers.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsible and consistent in following up on outstanding matters.
Comfortable travelling to different project sites within Singapore.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Willing to learn about renovation processes, construction methods and site operations.
Experience in renovation, construction, interior fit-out or project coordination would be an advantage but is not compulsory.

Career Development
This position provides hands-on exposure to renovation and construction project management, client management, site operations, contractor coordination and business operations.
