The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong AI/agent product background to join our team within CRM Suite. You will take AI-powered features from 0 to 1 — from concept through detailed design to launch. Initial focus areas will include our Events and Voice product lines, though scope may evolve over time based on your strengths and where you can create the most impact. This role is for someone who understands the underlying logic of agents and AI systems deeply, and who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive a feature through detailed design and execution.
